Registration Information

New Students:
1. Contact the Orca office at 425-793-9870 or e-mail registration form to recieve the self-evaluation form.
2. Fill out the self evauation form. Make sure to include time, day of the week and class size information. Email the form back to the office. Before the first day of class a policy form must be signed. Click here to download a copy of the form.
3. The office will take a look at your swimmers skill level and match it up with the current openings we have. All options will be offered to you for consideration.
4. Once we have found a time that works for your family you will recieve a confirmation email and an invoice for the $15 registration fee and pro-rated first months class fee.
5. On the first day of class the teacher will meet you on the pool deck of the Warm Springs Pool. You can find our teachers in the far corner of the pool near our black trunk.
6. Payment is due monthly 2 weeks in advance. Invoices are sent via email. Payments can be made by mailing a check or via PayPal. 30 days notice of stopping is required.

Continuing Students:
1. Students will continue in the same class, time and day(s) of the week as long as payment is made by the due date.
2. Monthly payments are due two weeks prior to the enrolled month. 30 Days notice is required for stopping.
3. Call the office or e-mail us at info@orcaswimschool.com if you do not plan to continue.
