Registration Information

New Students:
1. Contact the Orca office at 425-793-9870 or e-mail registration form to schedule a free skill level evaluation.
2. Print out and bring with you (or mail to us at Orca Swim School, P.O. Box 487, Renton, WA 98057.) a signed Orca Policy and Program Information form. Click here to download a copy of the form.
3. At the skill level evaluation: meet instructor at the far end of the pool near our black trunk. Instructors will be finishing up their lessons, then will find you at the black trunk. Student will swim with the instructor to "show what they can do". The entire evaluation will take approximately 15 minutes.
4. Fill out the registration form and pay the $15 registration fee.
5. The teaacher will write student information on the registration form. The office will then contact you within a week with a possible match based on student ability, age, and requested times. If you have not received word from the office in one week, please call or e-mail us.
6. On the first day of class, look for your registration card in the file folder. Attach the first month's payment to the back of the card. Or, prior to the class, mail payment to Orca Swim School, P.O. Box 487, Renton, WA 98057.

Continuing Students:
1. Students will continue in the same class, time and day(s) of the week as long as payment is made by the due date.
2. Monthly payments are due two weeks prior to the enrolled month. Payment due dates are shown on the back of student cards.
3. Call the office or e-mail us at info@orcaswimschool.com if you do not plan to continue.
